創立於 2016 年，著手咖啡團隊有著專業的咖啡師及烘豆師訓練及背景，致力穩定地提供自家烘焙的高品質咖啡豆。品牌圖樣當中的濾杯，不僅象徵沖煮技術上的追求，同時也是烘豆機上方的漏斗，強調我們對烘焙程序的嚴謹把關。
我們相信，隨著季節更迭，咖啡的風味亦會有所改變，因此著手咖啡專注感受咖啡豆在不同季節展現的不同樣貌，悉心烘焙，調整出每個季節裡它最好的樣貌，交到你的手中。就如「著手」這個店名，我們期許自己提供給消費者的每一杯咖啡，都能成為引領人們踏入精緻咖啡世界的美好啟程。
