創立於 2016 年，著手咖啡團隊致力穩定地提供高品質咖啡豆。品牌圖樣當中的濾杯，不僅象徵沖煮技術上的追求，同時也是烘豆機上方的漏斗，強調我們對咖啡豆烘焙品質的嚴謹把關。
隨著季節更迭，咖啡的風味亦會有所改變，因此著手咖啡專注感受咖啡豆在不同季節展現的不同樣貌，2025開始與不同烘焙師合作，杯測挑選出每個季節裡最想呈現給你的樣貌。就如「著手」這個店名，我們期許自己提供給消費者的每一杯咖啡，都能成為引領人們踏入精緻咖啡世界的美好啟程，希望大家走進著手，能放鬆自在的享受我們挑選的咖啡。
